
A Bit About Roula
​Roula is a strong working mom! She serves as both the co-founder and President of the NGO. Roula obtained at first her Master’s degree in General Chemistry, and a few years later ended up doing her second Master’s in Reconciliation and Peacebuilding (with distinction!) from Winchester University in the UK. She did a PCYM in Jordan in 2011 and a DTS in Lebanon in 2012.
Roula is passionate about fostering well-being and peace among children, youth, and families. With extensive experience in leading youth and children’s programs, she excels at designing creative, tailored initiatives to meet their unique needs. Roula is also a skilled leader, committed to achieving goals, cultivating a positive work environment, and prioritising staff wellness.
Her deep interest in research drives her to discover, develop, and implement resources for peacebuilding and peace education, combining theoretical and practical approaches. Her work focuses on addressing pain, trauma, and violence while promoting well-being and fostering peace at intrapersonal, interpersonal, intergroup, and national levels.

Roula is married to Ramy and she's the proud mom of Jonathan and Debora.
